Kelly M. Frothingham, Ph.D.

Dr. Frothingham's research interests include: 

• the relationships between fluvial dynamics and aquatic habitat in stream systems impacted by human activity;
• stream channel restoration and naturalization;
• interdisciplinary ecosystem-based watershed management.

She teaches courses in physical geography, conservation & environmental management, research techniques, and watershed analysis.  Dr. Frothingham spent several years working with community partners and linking coursework to Scajaquada Creek, which flows adjacent to campus.
